Google Agenda Widget.

Have got Slack 14.2 64 installed, root a/c completely separated from a user a/c for me, MySQL sorted, Akonadi going, Evolution running in KDE by installing GNOME Desktop, tested K-Mail & other K- PIM programs for Google connectivity with no probs, installed Conky but not yet configured, HP M351a installed & printing OK and finally using Firefox for browsing..

All OK but can't get the Google Agenda Widget to even show in the 'Add Widgets' list after installing it & a reboot.

Are there any known conflicts or issues with this Widget? I could add it to the desktop but it didn't retrieve my Google Agenda before I configured the system but it doesn't show now except as 'installed' in the 'Get New Widgets' list.

Is there something I need to do or undo? Thanks for your help. If you need more info then I'll supply it.

After a fair bit of looking, found I need a load of 'python' libraries to get it going. Unfortunately got a report from 'slapt-get' that the Libs I was trying to install are Debian only, so this'll just have to sit on the shelf until the Libs are available for Slackers or until I locate them or that a kind peep points me to the right ones.

In the meantime I'll find something else Googley & Calendary that I can get working in KDE 4.14.
