good place to ask newbie questions about perl?

Last I wrote a little something in Perl to analyze my postfix logs. Initially I was quite proud of myself because I hadn't programmed anything in almost ten years and had never written any perl.

But, I strongly suspect my code is nowhere nearly as elegant as it can be. Also, I need some pointers to do a few other things.

Does anyone know of a good place for a newbie to get a few perl questions answered?
