gnome3 login keyring failed

i never provided my gnome a login keyring password. but whenever i am logging in to empathy it asks me login keyring and says that "login keyring no more matches your login password. provide a login keyring"
please help......
is there any way i can delete the login keyring file (wherever it exists), by sudo and then i will have to give a fresh login keyring thereafter

Your login keyring in Gnome sometimes doesn't update when you change your user password. Just use the old password for your user account to unlock it, then go to the "Passwords and Encryption Keys" program (not sure where it is in Gnome shell), right click your "Passwords: login" item and click "Change Password". Set the password to the same thing as your login password and you'll be all set.
