Exclamation GNOME, Ximian, and Window Managers

I recently installed the Ximian Desktop over my Gnome desktop on RedHat 7.2 and when I logged in for the first time it said I was running a windowing manager that was not supported by Gnome, but I'm running sawfish... any ideas??

when it all comes down to it Ximian is Gnome. So I would have uninstalled Gnome and then installed Ximian or installed Ximian from the beginning. Ximian probably does use a WM that isn't supported by Gnome though cause they are really two different desktop managers. I hope I didn't confuse you at all.
