gnome+RHEL: How to add launcher to right-mouse-button context menu?

Hi! After some struggle I managed to create a launcher and to make it appear under the "Applications->System Utilities" menu. How can I make it appear also in the right-mouse-button context menu of the desktop? I have gnome 3.14.2 on RHEL server 3.7 (non-root user).
Thanks in advance for any help!

P.S. My launcher is ~/.local/share/applications/ssh_to_workserver01.desktop, and this are its contents:

Code:
[Desktop Entry]
Name=workserver01
Comment=workserver01
Exec=ssh workserver01
Icon=utilities-terminal
Type=Application
Terminal=true
Categories=GNOME;GTK;Utility;TerminalEmulator;System;
StartupNotify=true
X-Desktop-File-Install-Version=0.15

Use the gconf editor. The context menu should be in there.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, the gconf editor is NOT installed in this machine (and I don't have root access). All I can use is gsettings and gconftool-2. Any ideas on which keys I can try to modify/add to include my launcher in the desktop right-mouse-button menu?
