Unhappy Gnome Panel Disappear

Hi gurus out there,
I have just installaed Redhat RL 3 on my laptop. It is deafualted to gnome interface.
But I one day I accidentally remove the 4 virtual panel ( at the center of the panel, where you can switch around 4 diff view). Now the problem is I can't find a way to get it back. can some one shed some lights? Many many thanks in advance!!

I think that if you boot from cd you can use the rescue function to correct troubles.

If you still have your panel and only the 4 workspaces were removed you can get them back by right clicking on the panel then from the pop up menu select Add to panel > utility > Workspace switcher. This will return at least one workspace and you can add and configure from there. Hope this resolves your issue.
