Gnome and desktop icons


Hi all

Can some one please explain to me how to create desktop icons for my mounted drives, i've tried dragging the folder to my desktop folder through Nautilus to create a shortcut but nothing happends?

Nautilus is good File Manager and i dont understand what happends to dont work the Drag And Drop...? Do you have right click mouse menu...Try to create with it an Shortscut...~

Thanks skate, i figured this out, i logged in as root, created a shortcut and moved it to the user desktop dir
