GlobeSpan Virata Tera 100u DSL USB Modem Drivers for Ubuntu 5.10
 

hi there m8..

am fresh of windows xp.. wanna try linux so i got ubuntu 5.04.. not installed it yet though.. gotta free up some space..

but wat i wanna ask is.. will my DSL modem get configured in ubuntu.. i heard linux distros got no problem with detectin DSL thro PPPoE but my DSL modem is a USB modem.. model is GlobeSpan Virata Tera 100u..

so is it possible to use it with ubuntu.. cuz i've looked around for linux drivers n am unable to find em.. is there anyother way to work around it...

btw i'm a newbie to de world of linux.. so i may ask some really stupid doubts.. plz bear with em:-)
