gkrellm stats

I recently installed gkrellm and started wondering what some of the stats shown ment. The CPU chart is obviously showing cpu usage %. Disk is telling me the average disk queue? What does the network monitor show (percent of bandwidth in use?). And most confusing to me is proc. What is proc a measure of and how is it computed?

Checking the Info tab of each monitor in configuration will give you a basic idea.
proc displays how many processes are currently running on your system
