I have just installed gift along with the openft, gnutella, and fasttrack plugins, in slack 9.1. Also installed imagemagick. However when i try to start gift i get this; giftd: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

I have seen where someone else had this problem but not what to do to fix it. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

ya, use the find tool and see where the shared library <> is on your system, copy it to /usr/local/lib and update.......IE
