gFTP Question about downloading files

I had asked this in another thread that was already answered so i decided to make a new thread.

My issue is when using gFTP i want to downlod a folder with all its contents.

Left window has local machine, right window has remote machine. I want to drag a folder from right window to left window and have it download all the contents of that folder including subfolders, however when i do this now all it does it makes a foldername?? It's not getting the files in the folder, I'm not sure if this is how its suppose to work but it would be good if i could do this.

Any help appreciated.

I never drag the folders, I use the arrow....maybe it's a setting somewhere?
