I'm very confused by your post. You have some ftp server running on your windows box, and want to use gftp to grab data off that and onto your linux box?

If that is the case, then all you have to do is put the hostname or IP address of the windows computer in the host box of gftp, and the username in that blank. It will ask you for the password.

If I had misunderstood you, please be more clear, and I suggest the use of full words as opposed to shorthand(type). We have many non-native speakers of English here, and using things like "n" to represent "and" can be somewhat confusing.

Peace,

I thought he meant he wanted to transfer files via FTP from the Linux machine to the Windows one using SmartFTP. If that is the case, then you need to run an FTP server on your Linux machine. gFTP is an FTP client.
