getting updated threads e-mailed

I have been browsing through the new threads this morning and there are some here that will become quite helpful to me if they eventually get answered. So my question here is how can I get an e-mail notification about a new post to a thread that someone other than myself created?? I'm sure that I've seen this option somewhere before, so I think it's certainly possible. Anyway ,thanks!
