Getting stat=queued for remote users

Hi All,

Summary: Users working remotely from office can't send email through our servers.

Error Message: Aug 12 11:12:41 server sendmail[12782]: i7CGCfu12782: to=<>, delay=00:00:00, mailer=virthostmail, pri=30616, stat=queued

Users are set to pop from and use smtp ... I tried setting it so they authenticate when using the outgoing server, but that didn't seem to work. I'm not sure where to start looking. I tried adding the clients remote ip to the access file allowing it to relay, hash it to the access.db but that didn't work ...

Any ideas? Any more info?

Thanks, Mark
