Getting "SSL error 61" with Linux Citrix Reciver.

Hi,

I have installed Citrix Receiver 13.1 in Redhat 6.4.
Getting following after opening .ica file.

Can someone helpme with solution.

Error Details:

"Contact your Help Desk with the following information:
You have not choosen to trust "Verisign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority-G5", the issuer of the server 's security certificate (SSL error 61).

Thanks in advance :)

Well I am not sure if you are the administrator or not, but they are required to install the correct certificate necessary to run the application. Pretty much anything web/server based is going to have a certificate that will explain to the server/client machines that they are allowed to have a connection for that particular application/website. It could be as simple as installing, which you would find through your SSL Certificate provider, or maybe your certificate does not match its required purpose, or the third possible thing is that you do not even have a certificate provider which in case... well... you'll need one.
