This is generally an issue with the iwlwifi module in the kernel. I would at least for testing try installing linux-image-generic-hwe-20.04-edge to upgrade to 5.13 to see if the issue is fixed in a newer version of the kernel.

Then you need to update the repositories before trying to install. I know for a fact that package is currently 5.13 kernel since I use it at work.

Now I tried this as asked by Timothy
~$ sudo apt install --install-recommends linux-image-generic-hwe-20.04-edge
and after the installation I did a reboot and now its working fine. Thank you so much everyone.
