getting Nautilus to start automatically

Hi, I'm using gnome with IceWm because it is faster than KDE, but its getting annoying when I have to type "nautilus" into the console every time I start up, so it will give me my desktop items and file manager. Is there any way to get nautilus to run automatically? Also, each time I start up I have to run xset m to speed up my mouse. Is there any way to save this? On a side note, the speed I'm using, 5 2, is a bit jumpy. Not too fast, just jumpy for small movements. Any suggestions as to which speed I should use? I'm on 1024x768.

in gnome, i think you can do the start (sorry) button > Programs > settings > Session > Session properties and start up programs.

add the command for nautilas to the start up programs list and save your configuration changes.

edit: this is the command i have for running that:

session-properties-capplet
