getting grub back

I have a dual boot win98/debian system and I had to reinstall windows98 thus wiping out grub (which was in the MBR). Back in the LILO days all I had to do was run /sbin/lilo from the rescue disk and all was fine.. is there an equivalent for Grub? How do I get grub back?

Before doing grub-update, make a Windows boot disk first.

Turns out I had to run /sbin/grub-install /dev/hda to get it working. Here's the link: http://www.desktop-linux.net/grub.htm
