Getting back to software selection after it already installed

Hello all.

I'm running Linux on Virtual Box with Debian as my OS. I was installing everything when I had to pause it and wait till the next day. Next day comes around and I un-pause it. I get to the software selection part of the installation and had to look up what I needed. Unfortunately I accidentally hit the Enter key and it skips the software selection part, only having the first option checked off which was Desktop environment.

So my questions are, is there any way to get back to that menu when everything is done downloading? And does it really matter if I only have Desktop environment on?

Thank you for your time!
