getting 403 forbidden message when try to access bugzilla on CENTOS server
 

Hi ,

I am trying to access the bugzilla installed on a server which is running on CENTOS,but getting the following error,

"You don't have permission to access /bugzilla/ on this server"

Apache/2.2.8 on CentOS.

permissions (of the directory) are set to '777'and it is readable by the httpd process owner aswell.

can anybody help me with this problem ?

Maybe /bugzilla is a symlink? You have to enable 'Follow Symlinks' or something in your httpd.conf if so.
you should also see apache's error_log for details.
