get_iplayer and flvstreamer

I am newb but have managed to use and download bbc programs using get_iplayer.....yippee i hear a shout
However, they only download as ipod as i do not have flvstreamer installed and i would like to use the HD options. My problem is i do not know where to get this from ie a url or how to install it. I have tried repositories but no joy. There seems to be quiet a lot of forum about this replacing rtmdump but i cant find any help for a newb like myself

What distro are you using? For Fedora or Ubuntu get flvstreamer from http://linuxcentre.net/getiplayer/download/

All sorted, thanks. Just being dumb. FYI - copied the flvstreamer to get iplayer directory. when i ran get iplayer i had not set the path for flvstreamer correctly. Once i added --flvstreamer 'correct path' i can now download hd. thanks for your help. i am sure i will be back here with more questions at some stage.
