Get Process size and Thread count for a particular running process

Hi All,

I need you ppl help to solve a question basically a source code help. I need to get the Process size and the thread count which assign to it.
Eg: if the process name is skype in Linux i need to get the process size of it and the thread count as well.
Please help me on C/C++ source code.

I hope to using JNI to get these details to my java application. Please help me on the C/C++ source code.
