get a blank screen after /usr/sbin/alsaconf

I get a blank screen after /usr/sbin/alsaconf when trying to get sound back. I lose my sound after rebooting or turning on the PC.
Questions :
1) How to fix the black screen problem?
2) What can I do to keek the sound activated permanently?

Please help anyone.

Hello. After running
Code:

alsaconf
in order to store the settings run
Code:

alsactl store
That's all. :)

Did not work ??

After typing "/usr/sbin/alsaconf" the sound comes back, and the screen goes black; then I type : "alsactl store" OR "/usr/sbin/alsactl store".

I do a shut down, the screen comes back normal (to whatever Background I previously set, this case the green OpenSuse) BUT no sound.
?????
I can not figure this thing out. HELP>>>>>> Thanks.
