Gentoo Install Help Please
 

First off is there a gentoo installer gui?

I have an iMac G3 and a PowerMac G5, I am having problems installing on the G3 and I dont want to install on the G5 until then but does anyone here use gentoo on thier G5, if so let me know how it is :)

What is a good mac partition scheme for gentoo ? I have a 20GB HD on my G3


The problem with the iMac G3 is that once i get to copying the distfiles it gives me a hard drive is full error and i can proceed. I know i have mroe space cause i have a 80GB root partition a 512MB swap and a 800k apple bootstrap

im following theinstall guide exactly and there is comething wrong with my filesystem or mounting cause the installer says i keep rnuning out of room

sounds like you are not providing enough space on your partitions, if you tell us about the available hardware we can suggest a partition layout for you.
