Gentoo bootstrapping issue
Hey everyone, this is my first serious attempt at working with Linux, and I decided to start with stage 1 of Gentoo. I had the help of a friend when I started this, but since then I have had errors, and have had to restart. I am up to the point of bootstrapping now, but I get an error:
bash: scripts/bootstrap.sh: Permission denied Now, I believe I am logged in as root, since no other accounts exist during the install of Gentoo, right? So, how do I not have permission to access the file? |
Haha....nevermind... chmod +x scripts/bootstrap.sh
