do the following commands and let us see the results
#dmesg | grep eth0
#ifconfig
if the first command gives no output then let us know.

When i make lsmod command from livecd i can't show which module use network card. I show mii and tulip but he is 0. I make modprobe mii or modprobe tulip, but he always is 0. When i make lsmod command from installing gentoo system, i give empty list. And...?

Go to this page and follow networking in you new installation
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/handboo...?part=1&chap=8
If you have only 1 computer available then save it to a file and go from there. The file will need to be in you newly installed system.
