Games in which you have to use a mouse have a very high sensitivity

Like Teeworlds and Supertuxkart (couldnt go past the main menu, it took 5 minutes to even select a option)

Using Mint 17.3 Rosa (MATE)

Ok.

A Google search for "mouse sensitivity in mate desktop" comes up with this at the top:

https://linuxmintuser.wordpress.com/...down-my-mouse/

Give it a go and let us know how you get on!

Sorry, your thread title and your opening post gave the impression that these two games were only examples of a wider problem.

In that case, you need to go straight to the games involved.

A quick Google for "teeworlds mouse sensitivity", for example, produces this page which includes a mouse sensitivity setting:

https://www.teeworlds.com/?page=docs...lient_settings

Let us know how you get with changing the mouse sensitivity for both games.
