Games in which you have to use a mouse have a very high sensitivity
 

Like Teeworlds and Supertuxkart (couldnt go past the main menu, it took 5 minutes to even select a option)

Pointer Speed: Acc. and Sensitivity are both zero

Sorry, your thread title and your opening post gave the impression that these two games were only examples of a wider problem.

In that case, you need to go straight to the games involved.

A quick Google for "teeworlds mouse sensitivity", for example, produces this page which includes a mouse sensitivity setting:
