Games


Does anyone know where I can get games for linux? like to buy on cd or something? Also is wine a good program to run windows games in linux, and if so how do I get it and use it?

Sorry if this was already asked, I didn't see it so if it's already posted please just send the lniks.

Thats for linux games. For Windows games on linux, Wine is mediocre. It works with some and the Wine team are working on it so it will be improving but at this stage it's average. It's good if you feel brave and patch the Wine source with some of the DirectX patches you can get around on the net but that's not the easiest thing for a newbie. If you want something easy, good and have $15 to spare, then have a look here
