Gambas? and how to install in Mint
 
OK. Thanks to many helpful posters, getting my head around all this. I now need to install Gambas in my Mint to see how like or unlike vb6 (NOT dot.net) it is. Can anyone help with the installation. At the moment I just have a downloaded zip file with the word 'tar' in it, which I vaguely recognise as UNIX!
