Gaim running in bg?


i love gaim.. but unfortunately i keep closing the buddy list accidentally, logging out.. is there a way to lock it, or set it to work in the background, w/o buddy list window?

I tend to have my open buddy windows on my main desktop, and move the gaim windows to another desktop.
