ftpwho doesn't work

I have vsftp installed on fedora core 1
but I want to find who is logged on my ftp server by using 'ftpwho' command, which should display a list of users are current logged on.
but when I press enter key after entering this 'ftpwho' command, the computer displays
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[root@localhost vsftpd]# ftpwho
-bash: ftpwho: command not found
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
and my $Path is

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
/usr/kerberos/sbin:/usr/kerberos/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/usr/java/j2sdk1.4.2_03/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/sbin:/root/bin
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

please help !
