FTP virtual user

I need help !
I have configured virtual ftp users on centos 6. I could configured 3 users with 3 differnt directories. but when i login every clients login to same directory only. . i have noticed that alwys it gets login to the directory (whovr the user) which i lastly set in /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf . it takes only the last one. .why is that ? is there any extra conf needed ?
