ftp server daemon in Fedora Core 3
 

Hi everyone,

I've just set up a new Fedora Core 3 box, and I've noticed that I can access the server through FTP. I have not configured any FTP daemon, nor can I find the ftp daemon listed in ps aux. Which program is running as my ftpd? This is the output of ps aux:

Any suggestions?

Can you give me a ps -ef output when you are logged in as root. The process I am looking for is vsftpd.

Never mind, I realized I was actually logging in with the SFTP protocol with SecureFX, rather than FTP. FTP doesn't work (no surprise--there is no FTP daemon running!)
