ftp for anonymous users not working
 

Hi there,
I want to make an ftp connection in such a way that we should be able to login as anonymous as well as local user simultaneously with changing the script everytime.
And the local users should come one point and at that point they should be able to share things in between local users and they should be able to see the things of anonymous users also.
Quick help will be appreciated.
