fsck.ext3: unable to resolve 'LABEL=/ser'
 
I halted my system, installed a DIMM of RAM then booted.
This error followed:

Ive got 3x 1 TB drives. 1 is boot and the other 2 are in RAID 1.

Any help is appreciated. This is just a hobby of mine so I am by no means an expert so sorry for any "noobish" responses.

So what device/partition was previously mounted at /servers ?

I'm just guessing that you had mounted an external disk at /servers sometime in the past as a partition with the label '/ser' can't be found right now. If you don't know what was mounted there then just comment out the line in /etc/fstab

Heres the thing that I am confused about. I posted this on the centos forums and mentioned
that I have all my saves at /mnt/servers/
which is where I have been accessing, editing, etc my game servers I host.
The only drives Ive ever mounted are the boot drive, and the RAID array.

But someone who was giving me a hand said that that info and the outputs I produced didnt match up.
He said Ive never had anything mounted there. But Ive been using that path for at least a month.
Today is also the first day I halted/rebooted the server since its build a little over a month ago.
Ive commented out the LABEL=/ser /servers ext3 defaults 1 2 and was able to boot in.
My main concern now is recovery the saves from the RAID array. If I can get some data I wont mind redoing the array and re mounting.

Check the output of the dmesg command. Since there is only one raid drive showing up in the output of the blkid command something could of failed or become corrupted with /dev/sdb.

What is the output of the command:

Lets look at the output of the command.

Both partitions in /dev/md127 are flagged as "spare" devices. If you want to use those partitions as another RAID-1 device, I believe that you will need to activate them.
