Frozen Bubble on an LCD Display

I'm using a Hyundai L70S LCD flat panel with my Mandrake 9.1 box, and I can't play full-screen games like Frozen Bubble and TuxRacer. The monitor displays "Video Mode Not Supported" until I quit out. The games work fine on a CRT. How can I get them running on the LCD?

The LCD has 1280x1024 max resolution @ 75Hz. Thanks!

Update: I can get them to work if I set my monitor to 800x600@56Hz. But that means I have to reconfigure every time I want to play.

It just won't work in 1280. Works fine in 1024.

I guess I can't do that through the GUI control panel.
