Frontend Tool for Oracle in Linux

I'm working with Oracle on Suse linux, i want to know about softwares which are similar to VB in windows on linux.
or else is there any software for visualization of spatial data as frontend.

oracle has native GUI client for Linux, go to their official website. However it is quite heavy (600++mb for oracle 10g I use before).
