Free Exchamge client?

I am looking for a free MS Exchange client or add on. I am trying Mandrake 9.1 out at work, and I have gotten almost everything working except reading email. I have seen Ximan but dont want to spend the $69 (yes I know its cheap but the whole GNU/Linux thing is supposed to be FREE! yes I know its to an extent)
