Foxfire browser pasting test unexpectedly

I am not sure what is going on. If there is a key sequence I am activating or if the touch pad has become very sensitive or ......? Give me some ideas guys.

Mine does it sometimes to. I tap the pad a few times and then it quits doing it.

It is definitely touch pad related.

I plugged in a USB trackball and the problem went away.

Tapping a couple of times doesn't help. Where do I adjust the settings?

If the problem is related to the input device, then you should see the same effect with any other program that has some means of text input. What version of Firefox do you use?

Firefox 2.0.0.15, (default + upgrades with Fedora8)

As far as doing the same thing with other apps. I did a little typing in writter. It is happening there also.
