Dear Sir

I am fresher for linux i have installed linux fedora 12 in my pc. i installed php5 httpd mysql phpmyadmin all the services that is for running the localhost in your local system. whenever i tried to run localhost/nettext.html then i got a problem like this :-

i have located the file in /var/www/html/moodle

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /moodle on this server.
Apache/2.2.16 (Fedora) Server at localhost Port 80

i searched on the net and i checked all the permission i have given the all permission like chmod -777 nettext.html, and it shows root root permission.

kindly help me.

Are you able to view test page of apache?

the linke is /var/www/html/moodle
