for configure DNS server

sir, i installed RHEL-5AS in my computer.i wanna configure DNS server.the package need for that is BIND & caching-nameserver must be installed.But in ADD & remove packages list, these two pakages not be listed.its shows all the packages are installed.But when i checked with "rpm -q bind.It shows this package is not installed.Then how i configure my DNS server.Plz help me.Thanks.
