Fonts won't resize properly, Terminator

Hi, I installed Terminator emulator on my Mint 18 OS and every time
I try to increase the font size it keeps overlapping. Is there any
fix for this.

A bit more information would help.

What method are you using to increase the font size and what desktop environment are you using?

I had a similar issue before, Try installing a new font to fix the overlap

I'm using the normal method. Terminators preferences to increase the font size.

Sorry, every edit I make in terminator 0.97, I restart.
I have layouts that I use.

Terminator version?

I have just tried enlarging my terminator fonts to several various sizes, up to 20 points, and have not been able to duplicate this problem. Could you provide specific information about what fonts/sizes you've tried; I would be happy to test them.

Also, what encoding do you have selected in terminator and what is your locale.

Terminator 0.97 on Slackware --Current.

I don't understand. Is it someone else that actually has the problem, and you're passing it on to here to see if we can help out?

Do you not know which desktop environment you're using, which locale you have (use the locale command to find out), or any of the other info that has been requested?

I'm using Xfce, Kernel: x86_64 - 4.4.0-21

I hate that!
