Fonts too small in Fedora 10

I've installed many versions of Linux, and many versions of Fedora/Fedora Core, but only with Fedora 10 have I had the problem of: "too small fonts." I mean they're really small. I have to use my reading glasses, and even then I can't make out some of the words or characters. I've tried increasing font size in "Appearance", but that doesn't fix it.

Can somebody please tell me how fix this?

Perhaps, if you told us what desktop environment you're using, and what application(s) you're having problems with......

You're right, I should have included this information from the start. I use KDE, and it seems to affect all apps.

Thank you,

Just checking....I thought you might be using KDE when you mentioned "Appearance", and adjusting font through there, but couldn't be sure.

In KDE4, I've got 8 different font choices, and all of them can be adjusted independently. There's also an "Adjust All Fonts" button, where you can set EVERYTHING at once. Try to increase the font size there, and set it to be something noticeable and big, to see if ANY changes are taking effect.

When you change the font name, do you see the change??
