Fluxbox problems

Hey,

I'm currently running ubuntu 5.10 on my hp kayak. I want to install fluxbox on it but when i run the ./configure script i get:
checking for X... no
configure: error: Fluxbox requires the X Window System libraries and headers.
I read that i need a xfree86-devel package but i don't know where to get it.

sudo apt-get install fluxbox

will install fluxbox and its dependencies.

i tried that i just get:
Couldn't find package flxbox

Maybe you need to add another mirror to your sources.list which is used by apt to get and install software.

Silly question perhaps, but did you misspell fluxbox as flxbox?

Hey,

Yeh its fixed now, i had to uncomment a few lines os sources.list. Thanks for all you help.
