Flash Programming on BF527 Fails at Location 0x20300000 !!!
 

Hi,
I am working on Bf527 processor.I use PEEDI Emulator for Programming the Flash.Flash Memory details are as follows:

Total Flash size is 8Mb.
Flash Memory is divided into 67 sectors.
Sector 0 to sector 33 falls under first 4Mb
Sectors 34 to 67 falss under remaining 4Mb.

My concern is programming the first 4Mb of flash.I can successfully program the Flash from sector 0 to sector 26 i.e from location 0x20000000 to 0x202F0000 using the Emulator.But,When i try writing at 27th sector of flash i.e at location 0x20300000 , flash writing fails!!!!Can anybody suggest me as what might be the probable reason for Flash write Failing at location 0x20300000.

Your question is far too specific to be posted in this forum, especially in the "newbie" section, ask to place it into the "embedded" section is I think a better place.
More over, you have a website and its forum dedicated to linux port on blackfin DSP: blackfin.uclinux.org, but:
1°) your question doesn't involve linux at all, it's a pure hardware relative problem
2°) you don't tell what platform you're using: stampboard, ez-kit lite, bluetechnix tinyboard...
