Fish shell issue

Hello i got a problem i was play with fish shell and i trying all keys with ctrl button and now when i write anything in line i getting text

"unknow command (now it doesent write what i write but some strange letters) its not the worst when i use mc or pkgtool commands i get loads that strange letters everywhere i tried delete all settings from home dir it wont help(in windows manager fluxbox console is ok but without x server is like that) how to change it? btw i think it was mainly because ctrl+x....
