First Day on Linux -
Howdy all.
Is there anywhere you dudes/dudettes can direct me to a site or someplace that has a beginner's guide? I want to start out by learning the command line and how it all works. |
well
there's a LOT of commands the redhat complete linux command reference book runs to over a 1000 pages! do a google search for linux newbies there are loads of resources "out there" and welcome to linux questions |
Yeah there are heaps of tutorials. Try O'Reilly's list of commands. Can't remember the url but it's on this site and I'm sure a google search will bring it up.

Stranger,
You are right by wanting to start by learning the use of "commands". Here is "another" Linux forum that has a good library. http://www.justlinux.com/nhf/ |
