Add these TCP and UDP ports to your firewall according to what you use.
Yahoo messages: TCP 5050 and/or 80.
voicechat: TCP 5000-5001 and UDP 5000-5010
cams: TCP 5100

If unsure, add logging rules for ACCEPT/DENY traffic, and you'll see what's missing.
