Firestarter traffic policy

I am having trouble setting up policy for outbound traffic policy. I wish to set 'permissive by default' but when I click on the pane below 'allow connections to host' and then click 'add rule' I get no further options.

Grateful for any help.

Firstly if you have set it to permissive for outbound connections, there is really no need for a rule to allow connections to host. You'll only need a rule to accept connections. The easiest way to do this is to ssh to your host machine. When firestarter blocks the attempt, just right click on it and choose allow connections from host.
Hopefully I've answered your question.

Firestarter - outbound traffic policy

Sorry, I should have said Restrictive! My original question must have appeared nonsensical.
